Mind Align University is run by Mind Align from Lucknow, India. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

When you visit this website

• The site has no sign-up forms and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Like every website, it receives basic technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and device type. Our hosting provider keeps this in its server logs.
• The introduction film is served from this site. The student stories are YouTube videos: nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play on one, and they are then loaded through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player.

When you enroll

Payment is handled by Razorpay. They collect your payment details; we never see or store your card or bank information. We receive what we need to give you access: your name, email address, phone number, and the status and reference of your payment.

When you join the community or contact us

The member community runs on Discord and WhatsApp, which have their own privacy policies. Other members can see the name and profile you use there and anything you post. If you write to us by WhatsApp or email, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

Why we use it

• To give you access to the courses and the community.
• To support you and answer your questions.
• To send you service messages about your enrollment.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices.

Who sees it

We do not sell or rent your details. They are shared only with the services that make the program work: the payment processor, the hosting provider, and the platforms that host the courses and the community. They handle your details on our behalf and only for that purpose.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to mindalign.in@gmail.com. We will act on it promptly, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.

Children

The program is not meant for children under 13. If you are under 18, please enroll with a parent or guardian’s agreement.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
