These terms cover this website and your enrollment in Mind Align University, an online skills-education program run by Mind Align from Lucknow, India. By enrolling or using the site you agree to them.

What you are enrolling in

Mind Align University gives you access to the courses available in its library, the learning resources that go with them, and its private member community on Discord and WhatsApp.

• Your access runs for 6 months from the date you enroll. It is not lifetime access.
• Programs may be added, updated, reorganised or retired during that time as tools and markets change.
• Live sessions, where they are run, are an addition to the courses and do not follow a guaranteed timetable.

Education, not a guarantee

Mind Align University provides education, frameworks and practical skills. It does not guarantee income, clients, a job or any other result. What you achieve depends on your own implementation and effort, on market conditions and on other factors outside our control. Nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Not a degree

Mind Align University is an online skills program. It is not a university established under the University Grants Commission Act, it is not affiliated with any university, and it does not award degrees, diplomas or academic credit.

Payment

The price is the one shown on this site and on the checkout page at the time you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card or bank details. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your access is personal

• Your enrollment is for you alone. Please do not share your login or your community invite.
• Do not copy, record, resell or redistribute the lessons, templates or other material.
• We may suspend or end access, without a refund, where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

The community

Treat other members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, spam, unsolicited selling, or sharing of anything unlawful. Views shared by members are their own, and you are responsible for what you post and for any arrangement you make with another member.

Our content

The lessons, writing, designs and the Mind Align name and logo belong to Mind Align or its licensors. You may use the material for your own learning and your own projects.

Other tools and websites

Programs refer to third-party tools and platforms. They have their own terms and prices, they can change, and we are not responsible for them.

Liability

The site and the program are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Mind Align is not liable for any indirect loss, or for decisions you make using what you learn, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current access period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you enrolled applies to that enrollment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
