Refund Policy

We want you to enroll with clear expectations. Please read this page, and the course library, before you pay. If you are unsure whether Mind Align University is right for you, message us first: a person will answer.

The short version

Mind Align University is a digital program, and access to the courses and the community is given as soon as you enroll. For that reason, payments are not refunded for a change of mind once access has been given.

When we do refund

• You were charged more than once for the same enrollment. The extra payment is refunded in full.
• You paid but did not receive access, and we could not fix it within 7 days of you telling us. Your payment is refunded in full.
• A payment went through by mistake (for example, a failed attempt that was still debited). It is refunded in full.

How to ask

Write to mindalign.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of the payment, with the name, phone number or email you used at checkout and your payment reference. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account. When a refund is issued, access to the courses and the community ends.

What a refund is not based on

Mind Align University teaches skills. It does not promise income or any other result, so a refund is not available because a particular result was not achieved.
